{"id":179,"date":"2014-07-07T21:23:22","date_gmt":"2014-07-07T19:23:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jeanmonnet.pols.bilkent.edu.tr\/?p=179"},"modified":"2014-07-07T21:23:22","modified_gmt":"2014-07-07T19:23:22","slug":"jean-monnet-conference-series-europeanization-of-turkey-polity-politics-and-policies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jeanmonnet.pols.bilkent.edu.tr\/index.php\/2014\/07\/07\/jean-monnet-conference-series-europeanization-of-turkey-polity-politics-and-policies\/","title":{"rendered":"Jean Monnet Conference Series: Europeanization of Turkey: Polity, Politics and Policies"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p class=\"Default\">Bilkent University, Department of Political Science &amp; Public Administration, in collaboration with the Ya\u015far University Department of International Relations and with the support of European Commission, Jean Monnet Action has organized a series of\u00a0events entitled\u00a0<b><i>Europeanization of Turkey: Polity, Politics and Policies.\u00a0<\/i><\/b>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ui.yasar.edu.tr\/jeanmonnet\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Europeanization-Workshop-1.pdf\">first<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/ui.yasar.edu.tr\/jeanmonnet\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Europeanization-Workshop-1.pdf\">\u00a0<\/a>round-table and workshop took place\u00a0at \u00c7e\u015fme Alt\u0131nyunus Hotel, Izmir\u00a0between 24-25 October 2013 while the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ui.yasar.edu.tr\/jeanmonnet\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Europeanization-Workshop-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">second<\/a>\u00a0international conference\u00a0was\u00a0held at Bilkent University between 19-21 June 2014. Several experts from Turkey and the \u00a0European Union member states\u00a0attended to the\u00a0events and presented their papers.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The conference papers are accepted to be published by Routledge publishing company in the form of a two-volume book.
